Vankyrin-Enhanced (VE) baculovirus transfer vector designed for high levels of recombinant gene expression under the control of the Autographa californica nucleopolyhedro virus (AcMNPV) polyhedrin promoter.
This baculovirus transfer vector integrates the co-expression of a vankyrin gene from the p10 promoter for the increased production of gene of interest from the polyhedrin promoter with:
- Honey bee melittin signal sequence for direct secretion and
- Optional C-terminal 6x his-tag for ease of purification
Synergistic effect when used in conjunction with ParaTechs’ VE-insect cells.
